About Hercules Hercules is our mascot, the star of our television commercials and my (Sam's) pet. He comes home with me at night. Hercules is close to eight years old and he has been coming to work since he was eight weeks old. Hercules is very protective of children and women. If a parent yells at their child too harshly then Hercules will be upset. If a man and a woman embrace enthusiastically then he'll also get upset at the man though he calms down quickly as soon as they let go. Finally if someone enters the store and we tense up he senses it and decides its time to take charge. Otherwise he's very calm, gentle and sweet. Hercules has a lot of friends who just come in to visit him and many bring him biscuits. He is very well trained and loves coming to work and making new friends. You're invited to come in and visit him anytime. |
